When you provide us with your plans, we review the trusses within it and optimize the design to meet all requirements at the best value.

Step 2.

Drawings and Approval

We produce a set of truss drawings to be reviewed and approved by your engineers, architects, framers and contractors.

Step 3.

Production Optimization

Once the drawings are approved by your team, our production designers optimize the plans to ensure the loading is correct for the job and location, then send the drawings to the project inspector.

Step 4.

Production

Once all drawings are approved, we optimize the cutting and assembly to make the most efficient use of the time.

Step 5.

Loading and Transporting

The completed trusses are then stacked and loaded for transport by professional drivers who specialize in precision drops.

Step 6.

Follow Up

We don’t just “drop and go.” We will stay in touch with you and your contractors throughout installation of the trusses to ensure complete satisfaction.
