Fifteen years ago, on March 14, 2011, Wasatch Truss officially began its journey to become a cornerstone of the Utah construction industry. Last week, we took a moment to pause, reflect, and—most importantly—celebrate the incredible people who made this milestone achievable.

The highlight of the event was recognizing the unwavering commitment of our longest-serving employees. We were proud to present specialized “15-Year Service” Gift Cards to every single team member who has been with the company since its inception. Their loyalty is the foundation of our stability, and their craftsmanship is the backbone of our reputation.

A Message of Gratitude

The spirit of the day was perfectly captured when William read an inspirational email from Dave. In it, he expressed his deepest thanks to the entire team for their relentless hard work and dedication over the last decade and a half. It was a powerful reminder that our success is a direct reflection of the people who show up every single day to deliver excellence.

Celebration, Community, and… A Brand New Truck?

Of course, a celebration isn’t complete without a little bit of fun and generosity. The day was sweet, featuring cake and ice cream for everyone to enjoy.

The atmosphere was electric during our raffles. Several employees walked away with gift cards, but the biggest surprise of the day was truly special: Steve donated a truck to the event, which was given away to one lucky Wasatch employee!

We believe in taking care of our team, and being able to give back in such a monumental way made the celebration truly unforgettable.
