In 2011 Wasatch Truss opened its doors with limited space, a few pieces of older equipment, and a massive vision for the future. This year we are celebrating our 15 year anniversary, reflecting on how far we have come and the loyal partners who helped us build this company from the ground up.
At our core we have always understood the challenges of the job site. Our President and Founder David Ricard started his career swinging a hammer as a custom home framer. He learned how to build homes as efficiently as possible through teamwork. When he transitioned to truss sales, he built a loyal customer base that eventually supported his leap to start Wasatch Truss.
From Humble Beginnings to Precision Manufacturing
Those early days were filled with the typical hurdles of starting a new business, but our commitment to delivering reliable structural components on time and in full never wavered. By 2013 we made a huge leap, purchasing a much larger property in Spanish Fork and investing in new equipment.
That expansion allowed us to supercharge our framer friendly approach. Today we utilize the latest software and state of the art equipment to provide superior products and reliable service at a competitive price. We specialize in designing and manufacturing roof and floor trusses for residential construction, multifamily housing, commercial buildings, and agricultural structures. We do not just supply materials, we strive to add value to our current and future customers by eliminating onsite headaches and slashing construction waste.
